A WAIVER OF LIABILTY must be signed by all participants on the first day prior to riding as all outdoor adventure sports involve inherent risks.
Reservations are as simple as filling out and submitting this online form or mailing/faxing the text version of the form. Upon confirmation and receipt of the deposit (30%), you will be sent a letter or e-mail confirming your booking. If the date you requested is not available you will be notified immediately and you may either select an alternate date or have your full deposit refunded.
IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AFTER MAXIMUM 3 DAYS PLEASE PHONE US OR SEND AN EMAIL! Your booking form may not have reached us.
Groups: each group member must complete the above form.
A 30% payment of the total trip price is due upon booking as a deposit. 50% of your deposit will be returned if we receive notice of cancellation in writing more than 90 days in advance. Within 90 days prior to departure, the entire deposit will be forfeited. A deposit for a canceled trip may be transferred to another person participating in the same trip as originally booked. The alternate person must fulfil the minimum riding requirement for this ride.
Final payment of the balance must be received no later than 30 days prior to departure.
We highly recommend an appropriate trip cancellation insurance.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, International Money Orders, e-transfers (Canadian Bank) and personal cheques (Canadian Bank).
