Cancellation Policy – Ranch Stays A 30% payment of the total trip price is due upon booking as a deposit. Once we have confirmed availability, we will send you an invoice and will require the 30% deposit to secure the booking. We accept all major credit cards (including Amex), direct deposit from a Canadian Bank account or international wire transfer (bank fees apply). Your deposit will be returned less a $75 administration fee if we receive notice of cancellation in writing more than 30 days in advance of your arrival date. If cancelled within 30 days of your arrival date, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
Personal information is kept in strict confidence and will be only used by the ranch to ensure your trip is as safe and enjoyable as possible.
A WAIVER OF LIABILTY must be signed by all participants on the first day prior to riding as all outdoor adventure sports involve inherent risks.
