Each day starts with a freshly prepared breakfast in our guest lodge which will ensure you will head on the trail fully charged. Lunch will be taken in a scenic spot along the trail and dinner is served as a family style meal in our guest lodge. We take great pride in using fresh and local ingredients and prepare all meals from scratch using proven recipes. All our meals are homemade using fresh ingredients from approved sources. As an operating ranch, we follow the traditional way of serving food – everyone (guests, owners and staff) enjoy good food around a large table. We invite you to be part of a social experience where you can meet our horse enthusiastic staff, listen to Neil explaining the historic and geological background of the area or just indulge in a conversation with other guests or staff.
Please be sure to inform us prior to your arrival about any dietary restrictions and concerns you have as we only offer one type of dish per meal unless we know about special requests in advance. We can cater to special dietary restrictions such as vegetarian meals, dairy free or gluten free (surcharge of CAD $10 per day per person for gluten & dairy free meals).
We feature local wine and beer from chosen distributors if you would like a beverage to accompany your dinner. Any alcohol purchases can be added to your stay.
