Events in the Foothills

Rent The Barn for your next event! Our 500 acres of private ranch land invites you to enjoy a variety of outdoor activities and team building experiences. With our spacious common area, 14 person dining table, and gourmet kitchen, our venue is the perfect place for a family reunion, birthday party, or corporate retreat.

Lodge Rental Prices

  • overnight lodge rental: $450 per night
  • two night minimum stay
  • maximum 8 people
  • does not include 5% GST

  • Day Use Lodge Rental: $250 per day
  • maximum 20 people
  • does not include 5% GST
Booking Details
  • The Barn is available to book from the middle of October until the end of May – we use this space for our Pack Trips in the summer months.
  • A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due 2 weeks before your arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY: You can cancel your reservation with full refund up to 4 weeks prior to your arrival. With less than 4 weeks notice we will keep the 30% deposit. With less than 2 weeks notice of cancellation, 50% of the entire amount of the reservation will be forfeit.

“Beautiful location and and a great place for our group. The large open beam common area was perfect for socializing and relaxing. Skating on the pond and campfires were a treat. Our host was really great and very helpful. Highly recommend this place and hope to come back for another stay!”
