What to expect
We are a small, family owned operation with the desire to leave as small of a footprint as possible on the wilderness. We like to employ energetic, responsive and fit horses who are keen adventure partners. Our herd includes a range of sizes, breeds and temperaments.
We take the time to match you well with a horse whose character you will enjoy and is capable of carrying you safely through difficult terrain.

“My family and I did a three day custom pack trip at Moose Mountain at the end of July and it truly was a dream come true! Our guides, Robert and Zach, were so friendly and knowledgeable and did an amazing job making sure everything ran smoothly with both the riding and camping aspects. There were seven of us in total with most of us being beginner riders but both guides were very patient with us and did an amazing job of selecting rides that were exciting but compatible with our comfort levels. Our horses were perfectly chosen for us based on our ability/experience and were the most sure footed horses I have ever ridden so we felt very safe with them. The scenery on the trip was absolutely beautiful both around the ranch and where we camped within Kananaskis.
